Fresh Green Salad	Mix greens with cucumber, tomato, carrots, purple cabbage and palmitos
Lechon Asado	Caribbean style slow roasted pork, marinated with garlic and citrus
Pollo Con Pina	Pineapple roasted chicken wit grilled onions
Pescado Al Mojo	Salmon sautéed in olive oil with capers and lemon
Seafood Paella	Saffron rice with shrimp, fish, clams, mussel, scallops, pimientos and peas
Arroz Con Gandules	Puerto Rican yellow rice and pigeon peas
Platanos Maduros	Ripe fried plantains
Arroz con Coco	Rice and coconut dessert
